I’m Markus Goffin — for many years I’ve worked at the intersection of people, technology, and stories. In my professional life, I create trainings, games, and tools that help people communicate with more empathy, clarity, and success — on the phone, in customer service, and in the digital world.
With “Toki & Bloki – The Hidden World of Little Sparks”, I’m fulfilling a special dream: to show children (and their parents) in a loving way how our digital world — with tokens, blockchain, wallets and gas — works, without overwhelming them.
A child-friendly book series about friendship, trust, and the invisible paths of the digital world. Toki (the little spark-drop), Bloki (the stable block), Gasi and Walleta help children understand what’s really behind terms like token, blockchain and wallet.
With DIA-10, I combine the stability of real-world assets — diamonds — with the efficiency of the blockchain. The goal is to make digital value systems more understandable and tangible, and to introduce people to topics like tokenization.
On my personal site I collect training concepts, empathy games, tools for call centers and learning materials. From empathy games to a scorecard creator and phone training programs: my goal is to make learning playful and measurable.
For many years I’ve worked as a trainer, project manager, and developer in customer service, banking, and digital products. I connect technology (my own tools, scripts, databases) with practical training concepts.
One common thread runs through everything I do: people should feel safe, understood, and capable of acting — whether they’re having a phone call, understanding a contract, or discovering a book like “Toki & Bloki” together with their child.
The digital world is becoming more complex — especially around money, tokens and blockchain. Many adults feel uncertain, and children only catch fragments.
With “Toki & Bloki” I want to build a bridge:
If a child asks after reading: “Mom, Dad — what is a token, actually?” — and the parents suddenly have a simple answer — then the book has achieved its purpose.
Would you like to collaborate with me, develop a training, build a project with Toki & Bloki, or simply share an idea?
